The Frequency Resonance Method is a gentle session where I use tuning forks, energy work and guided awareness to help your system let go of built‑up stress, tension and emotional overload.
When a tuning fork is activated, it produces a clear tone and a subtle vibration that your body can feel. I work with these sounds in your energy field and sometimes lightly on the body to calm your nervous system, soften holding patterns and bring your whole system back toward balance.

1. Brief chat (to orient, not to analyse)
We start with a short conversation about what’s going on for you — stress, tension, sleep, feeling stuck, emotional load. This gives context, but I don’t “treat the story.” Often what you think is the problem is actually a symptom, not the root. I let the work itself show us where to go.
2. Settle on the table
You lie down on a massage table fully clothed, with blankets if needed. We take a few easy breaths so your body and system know it’s safe to relax.
3. Guided sound & energy work
From here, I’m guided by what I feel in your field and body. I work with tuning forks in and around your biofield and combine this with Reconnective-style energy work — following the pull, flow and “registers” in your system rather than a fixed protocol. I’m listening with my hands and awareness as much as with my ears, letting your system show us where attention and coherence are needed.
4. Integration & grounding
We finish with a short integration period so your system can stabilise in its new state. I help you ground, then we check in on what you’re noticing. If it serves you, I’ll offer one simple practice or reflection to support the change in your day-to-day life.

People come to the Frequency Resonance Method when they want to:

This work is a good fit if you:
Feel stressed or anxious even when “nothing is wrong” on paper.
Carry recurring tension (neck, shoulders, jaw, back, hips) that never seems to fully let go.
Notice emotional build-up — overwhelm, irritability, sadness, numbness — and sense there’s more underneath.
Are on a spiritual or inner growth path.
Feel ungrounded, overloaded or “between worlds.”
Prefer gentle treatments, that meets you where you are, rather than forceful techniques or lots of talking.
This isn’t a replacement for medical or psychological care, but it can be a powerful complement if you want your body, energy and awareness to change in harmony.

The Frequency Resonance Method isn’t a generic “sound bath” or a standard massage add‑on. It’s a woven approach that works on several levels at once:
Body awareness – Years of hands-on bodywork means I can feel where your system is bracing and use tuning forks and energy work to help those patterns genuinely unwind.
Biofield / energy work – I don’t just place forks on standard points; I track the movement and “registers” in your field, combining tuning forks with Reconnective Healing work so we’re responding to what your system is actually asking for in the moment.
Integration into life – As a coach, I help you connect what happens on the table with what’s happening in your life, so shifts don’t just feel good in the room but translate into how you show up, choose and relate.
The intention is not to “fix” you, but to create conditions where your own system can remember how to reset, reorganise and come back to itself.

My name is Algernon Williams but most call me Al.
I’ve spent decades helping people from all walks of life reach for change — in their bodies, their energy, their mindset and their way of living.
As a massage therapist, I’ve helped people in their struggle with physical change — easing pain, softening long‑held tension and showing them how much their body is carrying.
As an energy healer, I’ve facilitated people to shift their energy — their very blueprint — and seen how quickly life begins to reorganise when the field changes first.
As a Karate Sensei, teaching the Dō (the way of life), I’ve guided children, teens and adults as they met fear, discipline and breakthrough — moving beyond what they believed were their limits.
As a transformational life coach, I’ve been entrusted with people’s deepest truths and walked beside them as they reshaped their inner world and, with it, the outer circumstances of their lives.
Over time, one thing became very clear: real, lasting change starts at the energetic level. When the field shifts, the nervous system, the body and behaviour can follow. When we only work on the surface — thoughts or symptoms — change tends to slip.
The Frequency Resonance Method grew out of that understanding. It focuses on your energy field first — using tuning forks, subtle energy work and awareness — so your system can reorganise from the inside out, and the physical and life-level changes have something solid to grow from.

In a Frequency Resonance Session you lie on a massage table while I work in and around the body with tuning forks and gentle energy work to support your system to settle, clear and rebalance.

Most people feel calmer, heavier on the table or more spacious and clear inside. Some notice gentle waves of energy, tingling, temperature changes or emotions moving through. Everyone’s experience is a little different, and there’s no “right” way to feel.
No. You only need a genuine willingness to relax, be present and see what unfolds. Many people come in unsure of what to expect and simply stay curious about whatever they notice during and after the session.
It has some things in common with Reiki in that it is an energy treatment rather than a physical one. As a Reiki Master, I experience this work as significantly more focused and powerful, with the tuning forks helping to bring very specific frequencies into the field. Unlike massage, this is not a hands-on muscle treatment; you remain fully clothed and the primary focus is on the biofield and subtle energy.
There is no set number. It really depends on what you’re moving through and how you like to work. Some people come for a single session to support a particular moment in time, while many choose to come weekly or regularly as an ongoing treatment plan to support their system over the longer term.
Yes, the work is designed to be gentle and respectful of your system. You stay in charge at all times, and we can slow down, pause or adjust what we’re doing if anything feels too much.
Plan some quiet space if you can, drink water and listen to what your body asks for (rest, movement, time in nature, journalling). Changes can continue to ripple through over the next few days, so it’s helpful to give yourself room to integrate.
